次のSalsa International のイベントは10月４日（日）です！
会場は前回と同じく六本木のダンススタジオZero Hour。開催曜日は日曜日になります。

レッスンは人気急上昇中のペア、Hya-Queです。
Hya-Queといえば、音楽を体現するようなダンスが身上。音楽を体で感じながらOn2を踊る、というテーマでレッスンをお願いしました。すでにOn2で踊っている人はもちろん、On1からOn2への移行に挑戦してみたけどどうもピンとこないという人や、On1ダンサーだけどOn2にも興味があるので試してたみたいという人にもおすすめですよ！

初心者にやさしいイベント、目指します！　サルサが初めて、あるいは始めて間もない方にはご希望で初心者お助けレッスンを行います。19時から随時開催。DJタイムには初心者でも安心の若葉マークシステムをご利用ください。

コンビニ（サンクス）から3軒目のビルが、Zero Hourの入っている福吉町ビル

日経を通り過ぎたところに入り口があり、 “ZERO WHITE” と書かれた目印の看板が立っています

通路の先のガラスドアを入り、左手のエレベーターで4階へ

エレベーターの案内板には「アルヘンタンゴ」と書いてあります

エレベーターを降りてすぐ正面の受付はタンゴ会場の受付です。
右手でまた右折した奥のスタジオがサルサ会場のWHITEスタジオです。イベント受付はドアを入ったところにあります。

From Roppongi Station, take Exit 6 (Haiyuza Theater) and head straight down the hill

Cross the first set of lights (at Mikawadai Park) and keep going straight

Rafael grew up in Ecuador listening to salsa. He started DJing salsa in Australia and, in addition to regular slots in Melbourn, where he was based, DJed at the Australian Salsa Classic Competition in Sydney and the New Zealand Salsa Congress, earning the nickname ”El Señor de la Salsa”.
He moved to Tokyo in 2008 and has been DJing at Extreme Salsa events.

Keith from Scotland, UK, started learning salsa dancing in 1996 and soon started DJing too. Since then he’s been DJing salsa nights regularly. In Scotland, he DJed at popular salsa clubs and events in Glasgow and Edinburgh and was one of the main forces behind the Scottish salsa scene. His wide ranging sets encompassing classic to cutting-edeg salsa from around the world, from NY and Puerto Rico to Colombia, Cuba, Africa and Europe, also proved popular at Pontins Brean Sands Salsa Weekender in the UK as well as clubs in Shanghai, Kyoto and Tokyo.
He moved to Tokyo in 2008 and has been DJing at Club Pepito, Tokyo Latin Night, Las Risas and other clubs and events.

The undisputed Queen of Salsa in Japan, Ryoko has been teaching and performing salsa in and outside Japan since 2000, with hugely popular series of instructional videos and DVDs (released by Pony Canion). She represented japan at the World Salsa Championship and was the first Asian dancer to win the Best Dancer Award.
She founded the Eleggua Dance Company in July last year, and her new team Eleggua appeared at LA Salsa Congress 2009 along with her ladies team Wabisabi, which was invited to perform as part of the evening gala at the event. She also taught as one of the official instructors at the same event.

Known for their stylish and groovy dancing, Jonathan and Hana has been working internationally as salsa/mambo dancers, instructors and choreographers, with invitations flooding in from overseas congresses and other major events. As dance company directors they have produced Team Carnaval, ClaveKazi Japan,　Cool Divas and 69 Project (in collaboration with Tetsu & Emi). As official memgers of Adolfo Indacochea’s Latin Soul Dancers in New York, they are popular figures with invitations for collaboration with overseas dancers and media coverage home and abroad.

The next Salsa International party is on Sunday, August 2nd. This time we are moving to a new venue, Studio Zero Hour in Roppongi.

The feature workshop is “Introduction to Pachanga” by Vaya!Sato, who trained under the pachanga master himself, Eddie Torres of New York. Pachanga is making a huge comeback worldwide, and this is your opportunity to learn the steps, which can easily be incorporated into shines either on1 or on2.

Hiro & Taku started dancing in 1998 while studying in London. On their return to Japan, they won the second Japan national salsa competition. They have been performing, teaching and judging at salsa events throughout Asia and abroad and have been a regular fixture at the LA Salsa Congress evening shows. They are also highly acclaimed instructors, leading their dance teams to the World Salsa Championship. Much sought after by the media, they recently appeared in a prime-time NHK TV show demonstrating their skills as dancers and choreographers.

今回から会場が六本木のダンススタジオZero Hourになります。

レッスンはニューヨーク・サルサの第一人者エディー･トレスの直弟子、バヤ！サトーさんによる「パチャンガ」の入門レッスンです。ここ数年世界中で大ブレイクしているパチャンガ。On1・On2どちらでも簡単にシャインに組み込める縦ノリリズムのパチャンガは、コツがつかめれば単純なステップでもかっこよく踊れます。パチャンガの代名詞とも言うべきエディー･トレス直伝のステップを、この無料レッスンでマスターしましょう!

初心者にやさしいイベント、目指します！　サルサが初めての友達も気軽に誘ってください。

Vaya!Sato （バヤ！サトー）：
Vaya!Sato（バヤ！サトー）／GoSato（ゴーサトー）は、本場NYで“Mambo King” エディー＆マリア・トレスの下3年間、NY ON２サルサを学ぶ、伝統的ON２サルサ／マンボの継承者。07年3月NY Salsa Festivalで日本ON２サルサ先駆者・森若菜のパートナーとしてパフォーマー・デビュー。6月には現在NYで活躍中のユキと共に“Yuki & Vaya!Sato: A.K.A. ☆Japoricans☆”でコレオグラファーとしてもデビュー。07年7月に日本へ帰国、9月1日に日本でソロ・デビュー、09年3月にはNYでも凱旋ソロ・デビューを果たし、本場でも高い評価を得る。日本では珍しい、ON２サルサの男性ソロ・パフォーマー。

Hiro&Taku：

９８年ロンドン留学中にサルサを始める。帰国後、第二回日本サルサペアコンペティション入賞。ダイナミック且つスピード感のあるダンステクニック、新しい感性での表現力に定評がある。
アジアを始め海外でもパフォーマンス、ワークショップを依頼され、『China Salsa Congress』ではコンペティションの審査委員も務める。ロサンゼルスで行われるアメリカ大会『LAC』では毎年ハイライトで出演。また自身が振付け, 監督しているサルサチームを、アメリカのサルサ世界選手権『WSC』日本代表チームに選出させるなど、指導力も高く評価される。
TV、雑誌、ラジオ番組などでも度々紹介され、最近では『マツケンサンバ』のサルサバージョンである『マツケンサルサ』の振付を手掛け、NHK番組に出演、松平健氏らと共演。振付家としても活躍中。

明日7月5日（日）は、初パーティの会場Fiat Spaceに再び戻ってサンデークラブパーティを開催します。今後は基本的に月1回イベント開催ということで、7月のイベントはこの1回だけ。ぜひお誘い合わせの上遊びにいらしてください。

今回からメインレッスン前に初心者向けミニレッスンを行います。
初心者でもフリーダンスを楽しみやすい若葉マークシステムを導入していますので、初心者の友達を連れて来る良い機会ですよ♪

メインレッスンは国立・スタジオブエノのAya&Kita先生。たっぷり1時間の単発イベントレッスンということで、張り切って内容を準備してくださっている様子。お楽しみに！

DJタイムはDJ RafaelがゲストのDJ Changoと送る、サルサスタイル、レベルに関係なく踊れる選曲。今回はパフォーマンスはありません。23:30の終了時間までたっぷり踊れます。

エクアドル出身。
サルサを聴いて育ち、オーストラリアでサルサＤＪとして活躍。
本拠メルボルンでのレギュラースピンに加え、シドニー“Australian Salsa Classic”コンペティションやニュージーランドコングレスでもＤＪをつとめ、”El Señor de la Salsa”のニックネームを得た。
2008年東京に拠点を移す。

DJ Chango：
1998年頃よりDJ活動開始。都内主要ClubでのSalsa イベントにて活躍。
2003年、渋谷AXにおけるCharanga Habanera、Haila Mompie来日公演のオープニングDJを務める。
2004年にはNYよりWayne Gorbea & Salsa Picante、DuplessyをフィーチャーしたGigaサルサイベントSalsa　Summer Splash（@新木場Studio Coast）でオフィシャルDJを担当。
現在はLa　Bomba主催のソーシャルイベントClub PepitoでのレギュラーDJの他、六本木ヒルズ52FMADO　LOUNGEでのサルサイベントSalsa in the SkyのホストDJ＆イベント・オーガナイザーとして活躍中。

2003年活動開始。主にL.A.On1スタイル。
2006年、東京都国立市に多摩地区では初めてのサルサ専門スタジオ「サルサ＆ラテンダンススタジオ　ブエノ！」（http://www.aklatinlife.com/）をオープン。
サルサ・アルゼンチンタンゴ・ベリーダンスレッスンを提供している。毎週日曜日は都内各所（恵比寿・立川・国立）でイベントを主催。
毎月第一日曜日の恵比寿イベントではサルサにも活きるアルゼンチンタンゴレッスンを展開中、タンゴ＆サルサ普及に力を注いでいる。
